Professional Experience.
Adam started his career in1989 as a Red Coat for Butlins, in the Metropole Hotel, Blackpool, working alongside Bernie Clifton, The Nolans, Freddie Star, Eve Graham and Little and Large. This is where he discovered his talent for singing going on to pursue his vocal career in a Five Star, Piano Bar in Crete for 2 Summer seasons.
Adam was then booked with the P&O Stenna line as lead vocalist and production singer, enjoying various mini cruises and crossings.
In the mid 90`s Adam enjoyed a successful solo career in working mens clubs and Venues across the South of England before being booked as lead Production Vocalist, with Premiere Productions in the Hilton Hotels and Grecotel chains across Europe.
Adam was honored to be commissioned to sing at the inauguration of the Mayor of Manchester, at the Royal Armoury, singing alongside The Sugar Babes and Russel Watson.
Adam was then head hunted by Openwide International and booked as Cruise Director and lead vocalist for Airtours Cruises
Returning to the U.K Adam then took the role of Entertainments Manager and lead Vocalist for British Holidays, at Kiln Park, Wales.
Whilst having his family, Adam moved on to owning and running his own pubs in Tunbridge Wells, creating The Liberty Pub Company. This allowed him to maintain his solo vocalist work in The South East and London and gave him time to create his own band, performing with them throughout the U.K.
Adam moved to Spain with is family in 2005 and continued his solo career with residencies on the mainland and adjacent islands, showcasing swing shows to modern rock,pop sets.
He then formed ´Strikland´, his 5 piece show band, in 2008, which has been a resident band for The Javea Company ever since.
Having regular bookings performing his popular swing show, with a difference, performing songs from rock bands in the swing style of Paul Anka and the album rock swings, and classic covers.
Taking a more rock sounding edge, Adam is also currently Lead Singer of the Festival rock band, Allerton road, touring, and performing in festivals across Europe, whilst also performing his popular swing show, with a difference, performing songs from rock bands in the swing style of Paul Anka and the album rock swings.
Radio
Adam started his radio career as a Breakfast presenter for Bay radio, Javea, in 2005 for 6 years and has been the Voice of “Iceland Europe”, across Spain, Canary Islands, Lanzarote and Portugal since 2012, in store and on numerous Radio Stations.
Adam is currently a Presenter for Radio One Benidorm hosting the afternoon show and is the Saturday afternoon presenter Seahaven FM UK.
He also has his own Syndicate, 3 hour radio show, “The Swing Show” airing across Europe and New york, whilst providing voice over work, for Radio adverts and Productions.
Television
Adam has been the Presenter for Bishop Garage television Show, on Motors TV across the Sky Channels, recording 2 successful series. 2017/18
Musical Theatre.
Adam performed in musical theatre as a child and went on to take roles such as Joseph, in ´Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat´ and The Dentist, in ´Little shop of Horrors´. Most recently in Spain, Adam co created The Big Fish company, introducing and performing in Pantomimes, in the Costa Blanca.
